Digital Product Manager

The Role

Bookipi is currently seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager during the current PM’s parental leave, managing the Subscription Scrum Team until mid-February 2026. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to utilise your expertise and make a significant impact. Your performance and contributions will be pivotal, and we will give serious consideration to extending beyond this initial term, potentially leading to a longer-term position with us. This is a unique opportunity to lead the MCP deliverables from day one! You will oversee all of your product’s needs from development to release. In conjunction with the leadership team, you will execute on the existing product strategy and continue to build out the product roadmap. You will gather data, create product roadmaps, and work with developers and marketing to launch your products. You will take ownership of the success of your product.

Key Actions & Duties

• Product Discovery:
• Lead the product discovery process, identifying customer needs and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Conduct competitive analysis and be up-to-date with industry trends to inform product strategy.
• Scrum Product Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end product development cycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Work as a cross-functional team with engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment with the product vision.
• Work as a cross-functional team with other product teams to implement subscriptions for their products.
• Apply agile methodologies to manage the product backlog, plan sprints, and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Team Leadership:
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within your team and with stakeholders.
• Drive team performance, setting clear goals and OKRs, and providing regular feedback.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact between your team and stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior management.
• Regularly present product roadmaps, progress updates, and strategic insights to stakeholders.

Skill & Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Digital Product Manager in a tech or startup environment.
• Proven track record of success in subscription development and management.
• Significant experience with customer-facing products, demonstrating an understanding of user needs and market dynamics.
• Examples and at least one sample of an effective subscription product delivered in the past
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle. You may need to take a product from inception to launch and be responsible for the continued growth of a monetised product.
• Experience leading an Agile team and a deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework. Familiarity with Agile tools (ClickUp is our platform)
• Experience with user research and data-driven decision making
• Experience with Amplitude or a similar user tracking platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent team player
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
