SOC analyst in SYDNEY
This role will work with client stakeholders to build more efficient responses and respond to incidents. Key skills are, Incident Response, stakeholder management, Crowdstrike, Wiz, Splunk.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Threat and Vulnerability Analysis: Identifying and analyzing potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
2. Incident Response: Investigating, documenting, and responding to security incidents.
3. Monitoring and Detection: Continuously monitoring network traffic and system logs for suspicious activities.
4. Security Tools Management: Configuring and managing security tools like firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
5. Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on security incidents and trends.
6. Collaboration: Working closely with other security professionals and departments to enhance overall security posture.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of networking, malware analysis, and incident response.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to monitor multiple systems and respond to alerts accurately.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication to report findings and collaborate with team members
