Reach is a mental health app that connects people in a deeply personal way with the focus on creating personalised connections. Our goal is to make sure no one has to go through their struggles alone.

The Role

We’ve just finished MVP 1 and are now looking for a long-term technical co-founder to help build and grow MVP 2 and scale the product with us.

You’ll lead the tech side of Reach, work closely with us on new features, and shape the future of the app.

What you will do:

• Build and improve the mobile app (iOS/Android or cross-platform)
• Make key tech and product decisions
• Help turn feedback into real features
• Plan for scaling and stability
• Grow the tech team in the future

What we're using for now:

🔥 Firebase

But we’re flexible, nothing is set in stone.

What we're looking for:

• Experience building mobile apps (full stack)
• Someone excited to commit long-term
• Good communication and teamwork
• Really ambitious person who wants to make a difference
• Open to taking ownership and growing with us

Current state:

• Part of biggest accelerator in Belgium (Start It @KBC)
• Over 250 early adopters for MVP1
• 1300+ social media followers

We’re pre-revenue, the role is equity-based for now. If needed, we’re open to discussing creative solutions.
