Senior Network Engineer

Our client is seeking a Senior Freelance Network Engineer for a Juniper SD-WAN migration project. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the high-level design provided by architects, conducting failover testing, and ensuring that the design is operational in production. You will also create and update technical documentation to support the deployment and assist the operations team during the implementation phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Juniper SD-WAN solutions (not at the architecture level)
• Work with Juniper SSR1500 and SSR440 platforms
• Configure and optimize SVR (Session Vector Routing)
• Implement and manage high availability clustering on Juniper systems
• Collaborate on VM clustering
• Provide support in documenting and qualifying the system
• Assist the operations team during implementation and post-deployment phases

Technical Environment:

• Experience with Juniper Conductor (SD-WAN management)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• English proficiency (spoken and written)
