As a Global Talent Management Assitant you will elevate your HR capabilities by managing multi-faceted projects around Talent Development, Recruitement, Sucession Planning & Performance Management, in an International environment. You will grow alongside a Global HR team which drivers are to attract, know, hire and develop Moët Hennessy talents partnering with our worldwide HR community

Job Responsibilities

Embrace global talent management strategic initiatives

  • Take part of one of our most strategic HR process aiming at reviewing our organization's health and talent pipelines to reach our business ambition
  • Play a role in the Talent Pooling process to develop our talents and successions plans on key positions
  • Performance Management initiative by developing engaging materials to drive the campaign
  • Support with the successful implementation of LVMH talent management projects by assisting with project coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement
  • Support on-demand Talent presentations for the top management

Leveraging the power of talent data

  • Carry out independently quantitative and qualitative analysis with corrective measures suggestions
  • Propose new dashboards and reports to track and monitor the performance and efficiency of our initiative processes (recruitement, learning, performance management, DEI, career development...)
  • Run external watch & benchmarks on talent and suggest innovative approaches

Profile

  • Endowed with a genuine interest for people development you are in a master's degree program (HR specialization is a plus) with an apprenticeship of a least 12 months.
  • You work with high standards of excellence in execution and are searching for autonomy
  • Data-oriented, you can transform perform advanced analysis on Excel and transform it into insights
  • You can interpret information (qualitative and quantitative, from varied source) to identify issue and to draw conclusion
  • Gifted with a can-do and team player attitude you also have positive dispositions and flexible interpersonal style.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders from the MH HR Community
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Fluent English and French (bilingual) a third language would be a plus
  • You have excellent written & communication skills and are very good in prsentation design on PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or LMS platform is a plus
