We are seeking a talented and driven DevOps Engineer to join our team at Go Digital, a leading IT SaaS provider. If you’re passionate about maintaining robust SaaS hosting infrastructure, automating IT processes, and driving efficiency with modern DevOps practices, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize our SaaS Hosting Infrastructure for B2B clients, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Research and resolve issues within the SaaS Hosting Infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
- Support in automating our IT infrastructure to streamline processes.
- Enhance monitoring systems to proactively manage and optimize IT infrastructure performance.
- Automate critical cases to maximize the availability and reliability of our IT infrastructure.
- Increase process efficiency by leveraging your experience, insights, and modern DevOps approaches.
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on Digital Ocean.
- Administer and support Bitrix24 On-premise installations for optimal performance.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker.
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based operating systems.
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation to support infrastructure and processes.
Requirements - Your Superpowers:
- Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and technologies.
- Strong Linux knowledge and extensive experience with Linux-based operating systems.
- Proven experience in maintaining Bitrix24 On-premise environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and a desire to grow in CI/CD practices.
- Solid understanding of Docker for containerization and deployment.
- Knowledge of Digital Ocean for cloud infrastructure management.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Miimunm of 2 years of solid experience in DevOps, ideally within an IT SaaS provider company.
- High analytical skills for creating data analytics with BI systems.
- Ability to create engaging tutorials and comprehensive wiki content for internal documentation.
- Proficiency in BPMN and DMN for process logic and optimization.
- Strong expertise in automation and process optimization.
- Very good communication skills and fluency in IT English is a must.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and available remotely during working hours for critical customer support. (German Business Times)
- Experience identifying risks and implementing working solutions in a SaaS environment.
