Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Dublin – Hybrid

Contract Length: 6 months (initial)

Rate: €500 per day

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in Financial Services/Retail Banking and Remediation. The ideal candidate will bring strong project governance, stakeholder engagement, and technology oversight skills to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans and delivery schedules
• Lead end-to-end project management for remediation initiatives triggered by audit findings, regulatory reviews, and internal control failures
• Collaborate with business units, risk/compliance teams, and technology to implement effective corrective actions
• Track and report project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Excel trackers, etc.)
• Perform risk analysis and manage mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
• Plan, manage, and communicate project progress with all stakeholders
• Support change management and adoption across the business

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong mortgage and/or lending experience
• Strong experience with cross-functional and vendor coordination
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management
