In particular, you will have a strategic impact working close to several departments to enhance Costa’s brand experience and drive revenue growth. Demonstrate your passion

• By Developing and implementing innovative product strategies to enhance customer experience and drive brand differentiation.
• By Collaborating with the Product team to design and refine new services and experiences, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and market trends.
• You will allign event production, brand storytelling, and marketing objectives to create memorable customer experiences.
• You will Lead and execute product activations, delivering impactful and engaging experiences for customers and prospects.

• At the heart of our strategy are the customers. For this reason, you will support the Brand and Advertising team in crafting compelling narratives around innovative product experiences.
• You will drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless execution of new product launches and enhancements.
• Overseeing the end-to-end production of experiential marketing events, from concept development to execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and brand consistency.
• Identifying and developing strategic partnerships to enhance the brand offering and expand market opportunities.
  
  

What Makes You Unique

• You are a creative and strategic thinker with proven experience in product experience development, ideally in the travel, hospitality, or events industries.
• Your journey should encompass significant experiences (at least 8 years) as a Product Marketing Manager, Event Marketing Manager, or Event Producer in global companies or global event agencies.
• You have the ability to transform customer insights into actionable marketing and product strategies.
• You have expertise in event production, including large-scale brand activations and experiential marketing events.
• You excel in designing and implementing engaging and memorable customer experiences.
• You possess strong project management skills, coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product experiences and initiatives.
• You demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• You approach challenges with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• You have a robust background in marketing, event management, or related fields.
• You embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English.
