Strategy & Insights Manager – Nordics & Baltics

About The Job

At Danone, we are seeking a Strategy & Insights Manager to join our Strategic Insights & Analytics team for the Nordics and Baltics region.

In this role you’ll play a key role in transforming our data usage—from collection to generating actionable, consumer-focused insights that drive growth. You'll be part of a team that provides the foundational understanding of what consumers and shoppers do and why they do it, which helps drive category, brand and business growth.

This is a permanent position based in Riga. We believe in hybrid work, so you have the flexibility to work both from home and from our Riga office.

Your Responsibilities

• Champion Data-Driven Decisions Use data from multiple sources and apply analytics and visualization to turn facts into actionable insights.
• Data management Collect, harmonize, and maintain data from various sources to enable broad accessibility and usage across the organization.
• Drive Research Projects Manage both quantitative and qualitative research projects from setting objectives to reporting, ensuring high-quality outputs that drive business actions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Develop close partnership with internal stakeholders across the business.
  
  

About you

About You

You are a dynamic professional with a background in data analytics, insights management, or market research. Your skill in analysing data and translating it into strategic recommendations, combined with your effective communication abilities, makes you a valuable asset to our team.

• 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant role.
• Academic degree in a field relevant to your area of expertise.
• Strong data analytics skills, with experience in retail and panel data, as well as market research.
• Proficient in Power BI and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• True passion for consumer insights and curiosity about understanding what makes the consumer tick.
• Resilience and organizational skills to prioritize and multitask in a complex international environment.
• A team-player mindset with strong networking and influencing skills to connect both within and outside the organization.
