Social Media Manager [Blockchain]

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a data-driven social media strategy tailored to each platform (Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, etc.) to drive engagement, awareness, and growth.
• Create original, high-quality content including text, image, and video posts that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience. Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways to build a loyal following and increase engagement.
• Actively interact with users, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations to keep our community engaged.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to optimize future content and improve engagement rates.
• Stay updated on blockchain, crypto, and social media trends to proactively suggest new ideas, tools, and strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and community teams to align messaging and ensure a unified brand voice across all platforms.
• Monitor conversations about the brand, competitors, and industry topics, addressing issues or highlighting feedback as necessary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of social media management experience, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industry.
• Proficient in platforms such as Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and Telegram. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
• Strong visual design and copywriting skills. Experience in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in blockchain and cryptocurrency, with a keen interest in emerging industry trends.
• Ability to analyze social media performance and extract actionable insights to improve strategies.
• Innovative thinker with an eye for visually appealing and shareable content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
