We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. Preferably, the candidate will have a background in cryptocurrency to further enhance our operations in this rapidly evolving sector.

Operations Management: Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Sales Pipeline Management:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Analyze and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure pipeline targets are met.
- CRM Expertise: Utilize and manage CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Zoho CRM, and Pipedrive to enhance operational capabilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to support business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the operations team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to drive strategic decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience as a Senior Operations Specialist or in a similar role.
- Extensive experience in managing sales pipelines and CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Zoho CRM, and Pipedrive.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Project, Monday.com).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
- Experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the crypto space.
