Location: any EU country

šÆ Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using GoLang
- Implement and manage observability tools like Otel, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo
- Automate infrastructure using Ansible
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs
- Maintain code quality, structure, and automation
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, with strong focus on GoLang
- Hands-on experience with observability tools (Otel, Grafana, Loki, etc.)
- Proficiency in Ansible for infrastructure automation
- Solid grasp of software development principles and design patterns
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines
