Product UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you will design experiences that solve well the problems and secases of customers. You will collaborate with stakeholders and the technical team to understand big problems and work on effective solutions that combine interfaces and workflows to improve the user experience. UX Designers are engaged in every part of the UX process, including user research, information architecture, content strategy, interaction design, user interface design, and visual design.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into high level designs, low fidelity mock-ups, wireframes, story boards, and screen flows and interactive prototypes;
• Propose and design user flows;
• Design, conduct, and document usability testing;
• Research and analyse market, the users and the roadmap for the product;
• Think out of the box to innovate platforms beyond industry trends;
• Profiling and have an outstanding understanding of the end users of our products touchpoints and advocate for them in any interation;
• Use your systems thinking, design, and problem-solving skills to make complexity understandable, usable, and delightful for our users and customers;
• Participate in design reviews, present your work to internal and external audiences, give great feedback to your peers, and help define and contribute to our design system;
• Influence and even drive initiatives to be prioritized in the roadmap.

Skills:

• +3 years of experience building functional designs for B2Bs (mandatory);
• Portfolio that showcases your contribution to digital products and demonstrates originality, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills;
• Curiosity to learn the industry and customers. Essential to build simple experiences with empathy;
• Autonomy in leading all the working flow from concept to completion;
• Strong knowledge of UX best practices;
• Passionate about solving complex design challenges together with product teams;
• Excellent communication skills, and a robust design point of view;
• Accountable and used to fast-paced environment (start-up environment);
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
• Proficiency in Figma (very nice to have).
