VR/AR Simulation Developer (remote from Portugal)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop real-time 3D simulations in Unity3D or Unreal Engine.
• Implement realistic physics systems including rigid body dynamics, collision detection, and motion behaviors.
• Contribute to the development of interactive VR/AR experiences using platforms like Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, ARKit, or ARCore.
• Integrate real-time data synchronization across distributed systems.
• Collaborate on simulation logic, UI/UX elements, and system architecture.
• Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to code versioning and documentation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with C++ or C# in simulation or game development.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Unity3D or Unreal Engine.
• Familiarity with OpenGL, DirectX, or similar graphics frameworks.
• Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and real-time communication.
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bonus: Background in medical simulation or biomechanics is a strong plus.
