Requirements
Experienta: Minimum 1-2 ani de experienta in recrutare de volum sau intr-un rol similar in domeniul resurselor umane.
Studii: Diploma de licenta in resurse umane, psihologie, management sau un domeniu relevant.
Abilitati: Excelente abilitati de comunicare verbala si scrisa, capacitate de a lucra intr-un mediu dinamic si de a gestiona multiple sarcini simultan.
Cunostinte: Familiaritate cu tehnicile de recrutare si selectie precum si competente minime de legislatia muncii

Abilitati de organizare si gestionare a timpului, atentie la detalii si capacitatea de a lucra intr-o echipa.

Responsibilities
Recrutare si Selectie: Gestionarea intregului proces de recrutare pentru pozitii de volum, inclusiv redactarea si postarea anunturilor de angajare, screeningul CV-urilor, organizarea si desfasurarea interviurilor, si coordonarea comunicarii cu candidatii.
Coordonarea Proceselor: Colaborarea cu managerii de departamente pentru a intelege cerintele de recrutare si pentru a asigura ca pozitiile sunt acoperite intr-un timp optim.
Administrare HR: Participarea la activitati administrative de HR, inclusiv gestionarea documentatiei angajatilor, actualizarea bazelor de date si asigurarea conformitatii cu politicile interne.
Suport intern: Oferirea de suport angajatilor in probleme de zi cu zi legate de HR si gestionarea solicitarilor si intrebarilor acestora.
Proiecte de HR: Participarea la proiecte si initiative de resurse umane, cum ar fi programele de integrare a noilor angajati si evaluarile de performanta.
