We are currently seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join a dynamic team within the healthcare sector. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network and security infrastructures that support critical healthcare operations.

Your responsibilities will include designing and building modern network and security architectures, as well as managing and expanding existing infrastructures. You will be involved in the installation and configuration of active network components and will serve as the primary point of contact for all network-related tasks. This includes analyzing and resolving complex issues (3rd level support) in areas such as DDI, LAN, WLAN, WAN, and data center infrastructure.

Additionally, you will contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of concepts and guidelines, while participating in project work and providing expert consultation on the design, setup, and configuration of network and security solutions.

The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training or higher education in computer science (FH), or possess equivalent professional experience. Solid experience in the network field, ideally with a Cisco CCNA certification, is highly advantageous, along with familiarity with products from Extreme Networks, Huawei, and Fortinet.

A strong passion for continuously expanding your network knowledge and obtaining relevant certifications is essential. A solid understanding of switching, routing, DDI, LAN, WAN, and data center infrastructure is required, as well as proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
