• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues

👍 What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel Framework
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and modern PHP development practices
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, and other common backend technologies
• Solid knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
