Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team.

If you’re passionate about modern DevOps practices, eager to take part in large-scale, high-impact projects, and constantly looking to improve yourself and the systems you build — we’d love to meet you.

We welcome teammates who are proactive, curious, and excited to contribute to innovative solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the installation, configuration, upgrade, and operations of Kubernetes clusters in both on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless integration of applications into Kubernetes clusters.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies in the Kubernetes ecosystem (e.g., KEDA, Service Mesh, Gatekeeper, OPA) and integrate them into systems when needed.
  • Design and implement network architecture and security layers within Kubernetes environments (e.g., RBAC, NetworkPolicies, TLS termination).
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Kubernetes deployments, containerization, and networking. Optimize resource usage and performance of Kubernetes clusters to meet business needs efficiently.
  • Use Helm to deploy and update complex applications; create reusable Helm chart structures.
  • Build and maintain Docker-based container architectures.
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins, etc.
  • Automate infrastructure using Ansible and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • Develop and maintain redundancy, disaster recovery, and high availability plans.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, and container technologies.
  • Set up and manage logging, monitoring, and metrics systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Loki).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working as a Kubernetes Administrator managing large-scale production clusters.
  • Deep knowledge of Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, container runtimes, and GitOps principles.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD processes, including build, test, and deployment automation.
  • Practical knowledge of networking, DNS, load balancing, ingress controllers, and service mesh architectures.
  • Experience managing Kubernetes clusters in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of disaster recovery planning, redundancy, and high availability systems.
  • Willingness to write technical documentation and share knowledge.
  • Good command of English for reading technical documents and communicating when necessary.
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and crisis-handling skills within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CKA / CKAD / CKS or other relevant Kubernetes certifications.
  • Experience with service mesh solutions like Istio or Linkerd.
  • Hands-on experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.
  • Knowledge of Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Kubernetes security policies.

We’re a tech-focused team working on modern, scalable infrastructure. You’ll work with experienced engineers and contribute directly to critical systems used in real-world environments. We invest in personal growth, knowledge sharing, and building a culture where technical excellence thrives.
