About us: Our team consists of over 100 people and focuses on three main areas: creating custom mobile and web applications, building dedicated project teams for clients, and supporting IT specialist recruitment.

We collaborate with leading companies in Poland, such as Orange, BNP Paribas, FedEx, Equinix, CPK, GUNB, COI, and many others.

📌 Project

We’re looking for a UI Designer to join the project team of one of our clients. The client offers a next-generation supply chain platform focused on visibility and collaboration, powered by trusted analytics and AI. It supports complex operations, especially in life sciences, ensuring integrity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience designing user interfaces, with a proven record of creating responsive and accessible designs.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology, including daily 15–30-minute team meetings and 2-week sprints.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma (UX/UI management), Jira (task tracking) and Confluence (project documentation).
  • Experience working in international teams, startup environments, or dynamically changing conditions.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, openness to feedback, and active participation in daily project meetings.

What You Will Do

  • Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using design systems and prototyping tools.
  • Demonstrating advanced proficiency with Figma for UX/UI management, Cypress for test automation, and Swagger for backend collaboration.
  • Effectively collaborating with backend teams and reporting project progress using Jira.
  • Managing high-priority tasks, updating the backlog, and implementing changes based on project needs.
  • Efficiently planning tasks to align with sprint goals and project deadlines.
  • Continuously seeking innovative visual and functional solutions to enhance user experiences.
  • Adapting quickly to dynamic project requirements and changing priorities.
