Business Analyst/UX Designer Intern

We are looking for a Long-Term Business Analyst/UX Designer to join our growing team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process analysis, identification of system functions, documentation of analysis studies
• Definition and documentation of systems' screen displays and workflows
• Assisting with the planning and execution of functional adequacy, interface, unit, and integration tests for systems.
• Assisting in examining and evaluating the functional qualifications of systems in project groups.
• Conducting analysis studies and suggesting improvement for continuous improvement of information systems in accordance with changes in business processes.

Qualifications:

• 4th-year students currently studying in the fields of Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Web Design or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English, both written & spoken
• Analytical and creative thinking skills to solve problems
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management competencies
• Good communication skills to assist both the development team and business units
• Eager to learn new business domains, technologies and methodologies
• Flexibility and ability to conform to shifting priorities and timelines
• Basic understanding of business analysis processes, software process management, and project management
• Proficiency in Figma/Sketch and Adobe XD.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (nice to have)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and be an efficient member of a team
• No restrictions on traveling abroad
• Interest in e-commerce or related fields.
• Availability to work from the Istanbul office as required.
