Website Developer & Marketing Executive

Our client is of the region's oldest and most established family-run conglomerates with diverse operations in Manufacturing, F&B, Real estate, Distribution, and Tech across UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Oman.

They are looking for a Website Developer & Marketing Executive to own and manage our online presence, combining website development with smart, data-driven marketing.

This is a hybrid role that blends full stack web development, SEO/SEM, paid media, analytics, and campaign strategy. If you're passionate about innovation, performance, and creative problem-solving we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Website & Digital Presence

• Manage and update company websites (CMS, front-end & back-end development).
• Optimize site performance, UX, and SEO to drive visibility and traffic.
• Implement and manage tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
• Run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display campaigns.
• Manage email campaigns, automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and fine-tune strategies.

Marketing Support & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Support ongoing marketing projects and contribute to creative campaigns.
• Align with internal teams to ensure digital efforts match business goals.
• Bring innovative ideas to elevate brand and campaign impact.

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years experience in digital marketing, web development, and SEO.
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, PHP.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and full stack development.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, GTM.
• Exposure to CRM systems.
• Creative eye with a sharp attention to detail.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Curious, tech-savvy, and ready to explore AI tools and emerging digital trends.

Salary: AED 13,000 + Visa + Insurance + Air Tickets
