About The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Trade Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and optimise our clients' trading experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we understand our clients' trading habits, the products they are looking for and what we can do to improve outcomes for them.

What You'll be Doing

• Reporting - Run daily, weekly & monthly reports on trading related activities
• Trade Assistance - act as an intermediary between clients to facilitate trades
• Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, market makers, and counterparties.
• Market Coverage & Intelligence - Monitor order books, liquidity flows, and spreads across products.
  
  
  

What We Look For In You

• Maintain high standards of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
• 3-5 years in trade operations, preferably in a crypto exchange, brokerage or traditional finance firm
• Strong verbal and written abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders in the UAE market.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving business growth.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
