Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator for an advanced technology infrastructure in Austin, TX. This is a hands-on role that involves network installation, configuration, and maintenance in a high-demand environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise with Cisco, Arista, and Aruba networking equipment as well as WAN Accelerators and SDWAN technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Administer network infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Manage routing and switching in complex network environments.
Support Data Center architectures and optimize WAN accelerators.
Deploy and maintain SDWAN solutions with Cisco, Arista, and Aruba switches.
Configure and manage Aruba Wireless networks and ensure optimal performance.
Work with Silverpeak, SDWANRiverbed, and WAN Accelerator technologies to enhance network efficiency.
Conduct network monitoring, troubleshooting, and security audits.
Resolve hardware issues and perform quality assurance testing for network stability.
Maintain cabling and port mapping for clear and efficient network pathways.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of experience in network installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Proficiency with Cisco, Arista, and Aruba switches.
Strong understanding of WAN accelerators, SDWAN technologies, and Data Center operations.
Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting complex issues.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly desirable.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite five days a week in Austin, TX.

Preferred Experience

Knowledge of Silverpeak, SDWANRiverbed, and WAN Accelerator technologies.
Familiarity with Data Center architectures and multi-site deployments.
Advanced skills in wireless networking (Aruba Wireless).
