Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Strategy Consultant / Project Manager to join a dynamic project in collaboration with a key government aviation authority in Qatar. This role involves leading strategic planning and transformation initiatives aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030 (QNV2030) and the Third National Development Strategy (NDS3).

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of a public sector strategy project
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops with government stakeholders
- Ensure strategic outputs align with QNV2030 and NDS3
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and project team
- Drive implementation of Balanced Scorecard, KPIs, and governance frameworks
- Develop high-quality reports and presentations for executive leadership
Requirements:
- MBA and Bachelor’s in Management
- PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory)
- 10–12 years in management consulting, with a strong public sector focus
- Proven experience developing strategy for government agencies, preferably in Qatar or the GCC
- Exposure to sectors such as transport, infrastructure, or aviation
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
