V.I.E Business Analyst (F/H)

Job Description

As a reminder, the VIE program is strictly reserved for applicants aged between 18 and 28 who are French or European nationals, in accordance with current regulations.

Location: Doha, Qatar – MEPI Operating Center, Technip Energies

Starting Date : 1st of September 2025

About The Role :

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role within the Business Line. Based at the MEPI Operating Center in Doha, you will provide both strategic and operational support to the commercial teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and engaging with key stakeholders (commercial teams, operating centers, sub-business lines, etc.)
• Extracting and utilizing data via Salesforce tools
• Gathering, transforming, and manipulating data; analysing trends and providing relevant insights
• Building semantic models, reports, and KPI monitoring dashboards in Power BI
• Automating and modelling data to enhance efficiency and enable in-depth analysis
• Maintaining clear and structured documentation related to projects, processes, operations, workflows, and organizational charts
• Supporting commercial teams through process modelling and automation
• Recommending continuous improvement opportunities, especially through process modelling and automation
• Preparing concise, visually impactful presentations on various topics (performance monitoring, trends analysis, KPIs, etc.)
  
  
  

About You :

• Graduate from a business school or engineering school, with a strong interest or specialization in:
• Data analysis
• Strategy and commercial performance
• Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) required
• Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Power BI
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, creativity, autonomy, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
• Keep interest in data design and the visual quality of deliverables (PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, etc.)
• Team oriented and comfortable working in a multicultural working and international environment
