Your role

As a Product Manager, you will own the platform’s vision, roadmap, and execution. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and telecom integration teams to build a high-performance product that empowers operational teams and executive leadership with AI-powered insights and real-time analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Roadmap

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Identify market trends and customer needs in telecom and AI-driven solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Translate product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with telecom experts to ensure seamless connectivity with core network systems and OSS.

AI & Gen AI Integration

• Oversee integration of LLMs and Gen AI features (e.g., NLP queries, AI-based anomaly detection, automated reporting).
• Ensure AI insights are seamlessly embedded into the user experience.

Product Lifecycle Management

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation → launch → iteration → continuous improvement.
• Prioritize features based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (telecom operators, regulators, etc.).
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements.

Market & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to strengthen the product’s value proposition.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize strategy as needed.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 7-10+ years as a Product Manager in tech/software, ideally in telecom, enterprise, or data-intensive industries.
• Strong background in AI/ML product integration (Gen AI/LLM experience highly desirable).

Industry Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of telecom networks, real-time data processing, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into a clear product vision.
• Proficiency in Agile, JIRA, Confluence.
• UX and data visualization awareness is an advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Preffered Qualifications

• Experience with dashboards, observability platforms, or real-time analytics.

• Technical background in telecom network infrastructure.

• Experience engaging with regulatory authorities.
