The initiative aims to implement AI use cases that improve health, ensure compliance with local regulations, optimize healthcare services’ quality and cost-efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes through automation and personalized treatment plans.

IF YOU ARE

• Bringing 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
• Dedicated and skilled in driving application development and enhancement
• Experienced in delivering AI-based projects, ideally within the healthcare domain
• Proficient in Agile, particularly Scrum, with a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle
• Well-versed in healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards
• Strong in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
• Effectively prioritizing and managing a product backlog based on market needs and business value
• Prepared to contribute to a multicultural, fast-paced team environment
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Work full-time from Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Work on developing innovative AI use cases for the healthcare domain
• Manage and maintain product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and regular updates based on business value and market conditions
• Identify and manage dependencies between backlog items, teams, and external factors that may impact project progress
• Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback, and manage expectations regarding the product roadmap and delivery
• Facilitate product backlog refinement sessions, present backlog items, answer questions, and ensure common understanding
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master and team to address any impediments hindering progress or meeting the DoD
• Accept user stories as 'done' by confirming they meet acceptance criteria and deliver expected business value
• Prioritize bug fixes based on their impact on the business or users
• Review the increment at the end of each sprint to ensure it meets the DoD and is potentially shippable
• Engage with stakeholders, provide progress updates, and gather feedback for future iterations
• Participate in Sprint Review meetings, discuss completed work, present the upcoming backlog, and plan the next sprint
• Use best practices in healthcare AI, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, patient privacy standards, and operational excellence
