Intellias is undergoing a major digital transformation of its internal systems, with the first key milestone being the successful migration to a new ERP platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This transition has already significantly improved our capabilities in P&L execution, talent and resource planning and allocation. The next phase of the transformation is focused on migrating and optimizing our core financial operations.

We’re seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in the latest version of Dynamics 365 Business Central who can work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

You’ll be joining a team that plays a strategic role in corporate change management, process improvement, and automation, helping to shape the future of how Intellias operates.

What you will do

• Drive the solution architecture of Business Central within the internal IT ecosystem and according to layouts provided by Microsoft.
• Establish and lead the requirement gathering and documentation from internal business stakeholders (finance, operations, procurement, etc.).
• Lead and participate in the SDLC process.
• Prepare functional documentation and conduct training sessions for stakeholders and project team members.
• Work closely with the development team and project manager to ensure the timely delivery of product features and functionalities.
• Design system configurations, integrations, and extensions aligned to business needs, IT strategy and best-of-breed recommendations by Microsoft.
• Define data models, user roles, permission sets, and workflows.
• Oversee system upgrades, security, and compliance initiatives according to company policies and Microsoft recommendations.
• Provide strategic input for the BC roadmap and internal digital transformation projects.

What do you need for this

Requirements:

• 6+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, business operations, and reporting requirements of an IT Service company.
• Solid knowledge of AL development model, cloud deployments, and integrations.
• Proficiency in mapping, transforming, and importing data into Business Central tables (e.g., using configuration packages or APIs).
• Experience consuming external API endpoints and exposing Business Central APIs for integration.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across business and IT.
• Solid experience in converting business requirements to functional specifications.
• Experience with end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including business process design, requirements documentation, planning, configuring, customizing, deploying and UAT.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence).

Will be a plus:

• Experience in handling multiple extensions from MS AppSource (for example, HRIS extensions).
• Experience in enabling PowerApps/Power Automate with BC.
• Practical experience with Copilot integration in BC (AI-powered assistants, AI-generated summaries, predictions, etc).
• Experience working with SAFe.
