DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build and Manage Pipeline Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Deployment Strategies: Develop and manage deployment strategies to ensure smooth and successful releases.
• Manage and Maintain CI/CD Tooling: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of CI/CD tools and infrastructure.
• Framework Solutions: Build and maintain framework solutions to support CI/CD processes and best practices.
• Drive CI/CD Adoptions: Advocate for and drive the adoption of CI/CD practices across development teams.
• Support Audit Functions and Assessments: Assist in audit functions and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and Maintain CI/CD Infrastructure: Ensure the CI/CD infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure.
• Build Runners and Pools: Develop and manage build runners and build pools to optimize the CI/CD process.
• Secure Policies: Implement and maintain secure policies to protect the CI/CD environment.
• CI/CD Governance: Establish and enforce CI/CD governance to ensure best practices and compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline development and management.
• Azure DevOps: Expertise in Azure DevOps as the primary CI/CD solution.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
• Git and Scripting: Strong skills in Git and scripting languages (e. g., Python, Bash).
• Scripting and Automation: Strong scripting skills and experience with automation tools.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e. g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaboration: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Compliance: Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in DevOps or cloud technologies.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Security: Understanding of security best practices in CI/CD processes.
