Your role
As a Power BI, Power Platform, and Alteryx expert, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust Power BI dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
• Leveraging the Power Platform to automate workflows, integrate systems, and enhance data accessibility.
• Utilizing Alteryx for advanced data preparation, blending, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensuring data quality and integrity across all reporting and analytics processes.
• Leading projects and initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation within the team.
  
  

Your team
You’ll be working in the GWM APAC Data Insights team in Mumbai. We are part of the GWM APAC Operating Office, responsible for providing deep insights into our clients' interactions with the firm and platform. Our team is composed of open-minded and highly motivated professionals who prioritize quality and innovation. We take full ownership of our work and have a significant say in how we approach our tasks.

Your expertise

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Extensive experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for building custom applications and automating workflows.
• Advanced skills in Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics.
• Solid understanding of database systems such as DB2 or similar.
• Basic to intermediate SQL and Python skills
• Familiarity with financial services industry and financial products is highly desired.
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and projects within tight timelines.
• Experience in leading projects and familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong desire to learn new tools and solve problems in innovative ways.
• Highly personable and able to work collaboratively across teams to achieve the best results.
• Creative and able to challenge the status quo to create efficiencies and support the use of innovative technologies.
• Meticulous with data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all outputs.
• Adaptable to changing market situations, technology, and business needs (you’re smart and flexible).
