Fullstack AI Product Engineer
Up to £90,000 + 0.5% equity
London (4 x days on-site)

I’m supporting an AI-centric startup in London that is looking to increase their engineering capacity due to the success of their product launch.
I’m looking for people who stem from a full-stack software engineering background but have spent the past 12-18 months building AI features and agents.
Startup mentality is key. You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, have a product mindset and an ability to keep the customer front of mind.
Essentials:
- TypeScript, React, Node.js, RAG
- Experience building AI agents.
- Have worked with LLMs – open source APIs is fine, but any training or fine-tuning experience will be a bonus.
- Have worked for an early-stage startup or smaller company where you’ve had to wear many hats.
- Product mindset.
Bonus:
- Some exposure to computer vision.
Benefits:
- Base salary up to £90,000 – reviewed every 6 months.
- 0.5% equity, which can be increased annually based on performance.
- Work from anywhere for up to one month of the year.
