An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Professional to contribute to the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service across NHS Tayside.

The posts will be based at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee or Perth Royal Infirmary however at times you will be required to work within locations throughout NHS Tayside.

This role will provide a responsive, professional and high quality, customer-focussed Human Resource service to managers and staff across NHS Tayside. You will have a pro-active approach and will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, underpinned by excellent organisational ability.

Ideally you will be educated to degree level and/or be a Graduate member of the CIPD or working towards this qualification and have practical experience of working within a general HR role or equivalent.

Induction Standards & Code of Conduct

Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers

Hours of work: 37 hours per week
