We are partnered with one of Australia's most respected banks to find an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join one fo their squads, with a mission to make complex products more user friendly across digital domains.
Over the past financial year and the majority of this year, the focus has been on creating efficiencies and achieving cost savings across the financial products used by their customers.
They measure success by identifying products that generate a high volume of calls to their contact centre. From there, they will then analyse the reasons behind these calls—especially those related to the product origination process. They are actively revisiting and improving the origination experience to make it more streamlined and user-friendly.
Ideally you will have;
- Skilled in both discovery and delivery phases with strong interaction design abilities and design systems expertise.
- Experienced in owning end-to-end product development, especially within complex workflows.
- Applies a user-centered design approach throughout the product lifecycle.
- Preferred background includes financial services, compliance, behavioral psychology, and AI-integrated design.
The role is paying up to $150K + Super + Bonus, and you will be required to work from their brand new CBD offices 3 days a week.
