AI Operations Specialist

Summary:

Responsible for deploying, maintaining, and optimizing AI/ML models and systems. Combines data science and operational expertise to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of AI applications. Strong knowledge of Dell and Nvidia hardware/software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Deployment:
  • Deploy, monitor, and update AI/ML models in production environments.
  • System Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
  • Ensure system health using monitoring tools; resolve issues promptly.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Tune model performance, reduce latency, and enhance efficiency.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain clean data pipelines; ensure compliance with privacy standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Track deployments, issues, and performance metrics; create reports.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to meet AI goals.
  • Hardware/Software Expertise:
  • Use Dell servers/storage and Nvidia GPUs (CUDA, TensorRT) for system optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in CS, Data Science, or related field
  • Experience in AI/ML model ops and production deployments
  • Skilled in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Familiar with Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong understanding of Dell infrastructure and Nvidia GPU tools

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS ML Specialty)
  • Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and big data (Hadoop, Spark)
