About This Position

We’re seeking a marketing graduate who is well-versed in Social Media, Community Management, and Content Creation to become an integral part of our marketing team. This role combines facets of social listening, communication, engaging video and content creation to bolster Binance Australia and Binance New Zealand's online presence and foster a proactive, engaged community.

Requirements:

• Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all our platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook to increase our brand visibility, enhance user engagement, and boost audience growth.
• Content Creation: Create engaging written and graphic content that aligns with our brand guidelines and resonates with our audience. This includes creating regular posts, planning campaigns, producing newsletters, and writing blog posts.
• Community Management: Engage with our online followers and influencers to foster a sense of community. This includes responding to comments and direct messages, promoting discussion amongst followers, managing Binance's online reputation and escalating any issues to the relevant team.
• Reporting and Analytics: Track, analyze and report on key social media and community engagement metrics to understand community sentiment and to inform strategy improvements.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social trends and crypto newsworthy happenings. Utilize this information to ensure Binance Australia’s social media content is relevant, timely, and taps into trending conversations.

It's a role for someone with an understanding of the principles of content marketing and an intuitive grasp of what makes people click. Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or currently studying in Marketing, Economics, or other related fields preferred.
• Strong knowledge and interest in crypto.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Relevant coursework, portfolio, or other experiences showing your ability to carry out the responsibilities listed above.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable speaking out and showing proactivity in taking on new initiatives.
