Role: Project Manager

Location : Sydney/Melbourne

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, partners, government bodies, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within the infrastructure or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, contract administration, and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience with project management tools and software.
• Understanding of safety and environmental regulations and industry best practices.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not essential).

Preferred:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business, Management, Operations, or a related field
