At Sapindex, we are supporting a global leader in Payroll and Time Management solutions, trusted by multinational clients worldwide. We are looking for a Scrum Master with strong Agile and traditional project management skills to guide high-performing teams and ensure delivery excellence.

As a Scrum Master, you’ll play a dual role as a servant leader and project manager. You’ll facilitate SAFe and Scrum practices while supporting teams through program increments, iteration execution, and stakeholder collaboration. You'll also manage timelines, budgets, and team dynamics to foster continuous delivery and improvement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

📅 Facilitate PI Planning and align with other Scrum Masters and Business Owners

🛠️ Support backlog refinement, iteration planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

📋 Lead projects from initiation to closure within a matrix organization

📈 Monitor project timelines, budgets, and team progress

🤝 Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders

🧠 Provide insights to executive-level decision-makers

📌 Establish and manage Team Kanban Boards

💡 Apply Behavior-Driven Development principles and optimize work flow

🔄 Foster a high-performance team culture and continuous improvement

👥 Mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and encourage growth

🎯 Ensure high-value increments are delivered each iteration

🌐 Promote cross-team collaboration and build trust with stakeholders

Requirements:

📌 Required Experience & Skills:

🌱 Growth mindset and team leadership

📜 Certified Scrum Master (preferred)

🎓 PMP or similar certification (a plus)

🧰 Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies

🤝 Skilled in stakeholder management and team motivation

⚙️ Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles

🧩 Understanding of Behavior-Driven Design and Kanban

🚀 Ability to influence, lead, and drive results

🧠 Analytical and problem-solving skills

💬 Excellent communication and relationship-building

🌍 English fluency (C1); French, German, or other European languages are a plus
