👥 Your role in the team

• As a Senior Software Developer (f/m/d) Java, you will be part of an agile team and actively contribute to the further development of our software in product development.
• Design creation and preparation: You create and optimize visual designs that advance our projects.
• Your work serves as a basis for teammates (f/m/d) and effectively supports their tasks.
• Striving for excellence: When it comes to implementation, you are not satisfied with a quick-and-dirty solution, but strive to create a “wow” effect for our internal customers.
• Collaboration and quality assurance: In close collaboration with other experts (f/m/d), you will focus on code reviews, technical documentation, testing, and the maintenance of existing code.
• From simulation to reality: The developed software is not only tested with simulation software, but also put into operation directly on the corresponding hardware.

Qualifications

• You are experienced in creating REST interfaces.
• You have knowledge of OpenAPI, JUnit, Angular, Oracle and SQL.
• You have good English skills; knowledge of German is a plus.
• You have the ability to understand complex issues and communicate them clearly.
• You are characterized by strong communication skills and enjoy exchanging ideas within the team and with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Several years of programming experience in Java.
• Experience and understanding of distributed software architectures.
• Experience with the following technologies is an advantage: Postman, Java application monitoring tools (e.g. jProfiler, Java VisualVM).
