Key Responsibilities

Tool Development & Systems Integration:

  • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of internal tools that enhance supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Integrate third-party platforms (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS, and BI tools) with custom-built applications and ensure smooth data flow and automation.
  • Maintain and evolve existing tools with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
  • Leads software development processes and ensures compliance with standards
  • Ensures the completion of information systems/applications
  • Develops and records architectural and design solutions of information systems and
  • communicates them to a team
  • Establishes and leads the software development lifecycle with a proper methodology, standards and best practices


Leadership & Strategy:

  • Serve as the technical lead and mentor for a small team of developers and analysts, establishing best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT leadership to understand business pain points and proactively develop technology solutions.
  • Contribute to the digital transformation roadmap by proposing innovative tools and process improvements.


Process Improvement & Analytics:

  • Automate key workflows and reporting pipelines to reduce manual efforts and improve accuracy.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to surface operational insights through dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Develop robust data validation and error-handling frameworks for mission-critical processes.


Project Management:

  • Manages and advises employees to achieve timely completion of projects or application versions in accordance with the requirements
  • Communicates with interested parties (customer, project manager, system administrator,
  • technical management) to achieve compliance of design and architecture and a timely delivery
  • Define technical requirements, write clear user stories, and manage sprints or project timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption of tools.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Very good experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL).
  • Experience with API integrations and modern cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
