We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an Information Security Manager within Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) area.

You'll play a crucial part in ensuring that SEB stays ahead of the ever-changing threat landscape. You will be a part of the SEB Baltic IT & Information Security team by protecting the interests of SEB Corporate & Private customers while maintaining the highest level of service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Developing and implementing security policies, standards and procedures;
• Conducting security risk assessments to evaluate compliance, uncover vulnerabilities, and identify potential threats to critical information assets;
• Ensuring that information security risks are identifyed, assessed and managed across the oraganization.
• Keeping us aligned with key regulatory standards such as DORA, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Oversee that third-party vendors comply with our security policies and requirements.
• Leading and managing the successful delivery of security initiatives and projects that enhance our overall security posture (for example providing security awareness training to employees).
  
  

You Will Be a Perfect Fit, If You

• Have at least 3 years of experience in information security or related field.
• Have a strong knowledge of security principles, technologies, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements such as DORA, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Know how to identify, assess, and communicate security risks, and can recommend practical and effective remediation strategies.
• Are confidently managing security initiatives and projects, when working independently or while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Have a proactive mindset, with a strong drive for continuous improvements and staying ahead of emerging threats.
• Are fluent in English and Estonian, both written and spoken.
  
  

Professional information security certifications would be considered as an advantage;
