Our client is a software development company that creates Fintech-blockchain/WEB3 projects and implements the entire range of financial instruments for processing fiat and cryptocurrencies in one system.


Requirements for candidates


  • Experience: Prior experience in compliance within a financial or CASP/VASP institution is crucial; legal expertise is beneficial.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Law .
  • Knowledge: Understanding of relevant laws and regulations is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail to assess compliance matters effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, Estonian, Russian is required, with additional languages (Ukrainian) seen as a plus.
  • Responsibility and Initiative: A strong sense of responsibility and a desire to grow in compliance.


Job description


  • Compliance Monitoring: Oversee and ensure adherence to compliance regulations, providing training to relevant departments.
  • Policy Development: Create and review policies and procedures to align with compliance requirements.
  • Investigation Management: Address compliance violations by recommending investigations and following up on breaches.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance compliance processes to streamline operations.
  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks associated with clients, partners, and business projects.
  • External Interaction: Communicate with auditors and regulators for documentation and compliance inquiries.
  • Emerging Regulations: Stay updated on new regulations affecting the industry to guide the organization accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Legal and AML/CTF teams as well as business stakeholders.
  • Composing an revising contracts with business partners and clients
