Midea Group is searching for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team on-site in our design center in Milan.

Job Description:

• Define the next future of Company physical and digital user interfaces considering, user’s trends, different customers profiles, multi regional and multi-brand strategy, available HMI platforms open opportunities and technical constraints.
• Deal with the UX/UI tasks of the design team collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and R&D teams and external partners to create innovative solutions.
• Define and apply new UI design system to all the company HMI portfolio to keep the consistency of the brand experience across all the different products.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for HMI, mobile and web, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience according to multi-brand strategy.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design and front end development.
• Deployment of the visual communication and graphics on the residential products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction/product Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience 6+ years as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Highly developed visual communication and graphic design skills.
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge in Arduino (or other coding software) is a nice to have.
• Professional experience in a structured and international environment, in Design Consultancy and/or Corporate Company is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Italian and Chinese are considered a plus. Excellent communication skills and an ability to work within interdisciplinary teams
• Based in Italy and open to travel
