We are looking for a Group Controller. You will be responsible for managing financial and operational risks within the function. You will work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders, including group finance teams, finance teams in different countries, external advisors, auditors, and banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial and operational risk control, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures
• Coordinate, prepare, and develop internal reporting, both financial and operational
• Prepare disclosures according to IFRS for annual and quarterly reports regarding financial instruments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Participate in development activities to enhance processes and reporting capabilities
• Provide internal financial training regarding transaction handling to improve team knowledge and efficiency
• Monitor user rights and bank accounts/e-banking platforms to ensure proper access and security
• Administer internal invoicing, execute cost distribution, check data quality, and perform monthly closing activities to maintain financial integrity and reporting accuracy
• Support and consult the business in internal processes while actively participating in various internal development initiatives, including managing the IPR process.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in group accounting with a solid understanding of general accounting concepts and regulatory IFRS standards
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Good understanding of financial reporting processes and requirements
• Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (working with foreign customers and colleagues)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Proactive, independent, and well-organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools
