Information Technology Project Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven IT Project Manager to join their team. The company specializes in the development, implementation, and support of software for managing EFT POS terminals and transaction routing. Recognized as a trusted Terminal Service Provider in the Baltic region, the company delivers payment solutions to clients worldwide.

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading software development and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and effective collaboration across teams.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables together with stakeholders;
• Create detailed project plans and allocate resources efficiently;
• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure effective communication;
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and adapt to changing circumstances;
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices;
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships;
• Oversee documentation, reporting, and post-implementation reviews;
• Apply Agile, Scrum, or other methodologies as needed.

🎓 Requirements:

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience;
• Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within software development;
• Understanding of SDLC and IT infrastructure principles;
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination;
• Familiarity with project tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project);
• Basic technical knowledge (coding, databases, system architecture) is a plus;
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure;
• Fluent in English; Lithuanian or Russian is an advantage.
