We’re looking for a proactive and organized Talent Partner to join Levi9's headquarters in Amsterdam.

What's Coming Your Way
As a Talent Partner, you’ll work closely with the Talent Director in our 20-fte Amsterdam office, focusing on fine-tuning HR processes and tools while also helping in delivering our global commitment to create a workplace where our 1,000 Levi niners across The Netherlands, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine feel engaged, valued, and empowered to succeed.
Talent Support
You’ll be the first go-to person for employees at the Amsterdam office, supporting them with questions about employment conditions, benefits, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Talent Technology & Tools
You’ll leverage HR technology to fully unlock the potential of tools like HiBob, ATS, LinkedIn, and more, driving automation to ensure accurate, easily accessible employee data and enhancing data-driven decision-making.
Talent Data & Analytics
You’ll drive alignment and management of talent data across the company to make sure data is streamlined and useful to create actionable people dashboards & reports that fuel informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Talent Operations
You’ll manage and maintain structured and accurate employee records for the Amsterdam office. Alongside internal employee data, this includes managing and updating relevant data for external partners and portals to ensure the correct processing of governmental data, (social) benefits, taxes, and leave.
Talent Engagement
You’ll be involved in (global) projects that explore new ways to further enhance our culture of empowerment and customer focus from a people process perspective, with the goal of improving the employee experience and boosting overall engagement and retention. Examples include employee communication, feedback, development, and many more.

- Taking initiative and ownership is a natural way of working for you
- We believe past generalist HR experience of appr. 4-5 years ideally in a medium-sized, scaling company with a dynamic culture is the best fit
- You'll need a drive for optimizing systems, tools and processes which requires a data driven mindset and strong analytical skills
- Solid understanding of Dutch labor and employment laws to ensure we balance business needs and a positive employee experience with legal compliancy without being overly restrictive.
- Possessing excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Dutch proficiency - we expect you to be a trusted advisor who can explain sensitive matters in Dutch with empathy and clarity.
- Long-term place of residence: Amsterdam area with a max. 1.5 hr commuting distance
- Last but not least: we appreciate some good humor!
