To strengthen our motivated Human Resources Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Compensation & HR Reporting Specialist (m/f/d).

Your Role

• You are responsible for the HR-related implementation of regulatory and customer requirements (e.g. equal and fair pay, CSRD...) and the development of corresponding processes
• With your expertise you contribute to the implementation of a group-wide job architecture & remuneration structures
• You are the reporting interface to our Finance & Sustainability team
• You enjoy international collaboration with colleagues from across the MM Group
  
  

Your Profile

• You have a degree, ideally with a focus on Finance or HR or you have an equivalent qualification
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience and sound knowledge of HR controlling, compensation and project management in an international organization
• With your structured way of working, it is easy for you to develop compensation structures or efficient processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Your excellent Excel skills as well as good knowledge of SAP SF or a similar reporting tool make you the perfect candidate
• You communicate fluently in written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 60,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
