ITSM Engineer

We are looking for an ITSM Engineer to support the technical rollout and maintenance of a new IT Service Management solution for a renowned company in Zurich. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the implementation, development, and support of ITSM processes, with a focus on Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, and Configuration Management. You will also be responsible for automation through scripting, maintaining and extending the CMDB, managing data imports, and optimizing processes and interfaces.

To succeed, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Asset and Configuration Management, ITSM project management, scripting, and automation (e.g., PowerShell, SQL, C#), API integration, and working with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti, or BMC Remedy. ITIL and/or DevOps experience is also required, along with fluency in both German and English.

Contract duration: Until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.
