Duties & Responsibilities
You’ll be at the heart of our cybersecurity program and ISO 27001-certified ISMS, working hand-in-hand with IT and engineering teams. Your day-to-day will include:
- Monitoring and responding to security alerts from our SIEM and endpoint protection tools.
- Supporting our vulnerability management and patching workflows.
- Automating security operations and reporting with Python, Bash/PowerShell, and APIs (AWS, Netskope, etc.).
- Enhancing our monitoring tools and logging pipelines.
- Jumping in on incident investigations when needed—and helping us learn from them.
- Contributing to security reviews, audits, and awareness campaigns (yes, we run phishing tests!).
- Owning your tasks using Confluence, Jira, and ServiceDesk tools.

Requirements:
What You Brign
- Solid understanding of SIEMs, endpoint protection, and cloud security (AWS especially).
- Hands-on experience with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell—you name it).
- Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Netskope, EDRs, MDMs.
- Analytical mindset, strong communicator, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable documenting, collaborating, and tracking work in a structured way.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps.
- Familiarity with security testing tools or writing your own scripts to find vulnerabilities.
- Exposure to ISO 27001 or general risk management frameworks.
- Certs like: CySA+, GSEC, OSCP, CEH.
- Training in areas like: SIEM, EDR, SASE, PAM, WAF, Next-gen AV, UBA, ITSM, CTI.
- Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable under pressure, but calm and clear-headed.
- Strong team player who loves to collaborate and share knowledge.
- Eager to learn and keep up with the ever-changing security landscape.
- You care about security and user experience.
- Excellent communication and adaptability.
