🧩 Project Overview

📍 Location: Romania

🏢 Department: Project Management – Digital Transformation – Operations – Collaboration

👥 Contract Type: 1.5 years via Third Party

📌 Purpose: Refactor the existing industrial system by migrating to modern IT technologies

📄 Team Size: 10–20 people (developers, architects, analysts, testers – internal and external)

📌 Your responsibilities

• Track daily project activities and plan deliverables

• Organize and facilitate project meetings (status, sprint planning, demos, steering committees)

• Manage project documentation and timelines using Azure DevOps Boards

• Collect and centralize progress reports, risks, and decisions

• Ensure smooth communication between technical teams and management

🧠 Your profile

• Experience in similar roles: Scrum Master, PMO, or Project Coordinator

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on sprint facilitation

• Proficient in Azure DevOps Boards (dashboards, status tracking, reporting)

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Advanced English proficiency
