We are currently seeking a Senior BI Developer to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions, including dashboards, KPIs, and visual reports in Power BI.
Write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources.
Develop and optimize semantic data models for reporting and analytics.
Apply appropriate visualization techniques to help cross-functional teams gain critical insights.
Collaborate with business users to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Integrate and manage data pipelines using Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Synapse Analytics, etc.).
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security in all reporting solutions.
Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing enhancement of existing BI solutions.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in working in Business Intelligence field (Data Analyst, BI developer etc.).
Strong expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.): complex queries, stored procedures, functions, performance tuning.
Proven experience with Power BI development (DAX, Power Query, custom visualizations).
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and relational databases.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Fintech/Finance industry experience is a plus.
